ooh, they look great! I used to buy barbequed pork buns from China Town, I've never thought of trying to make a vegan version!
Hi, Julia! Thanks for the daily beautiful pictures. I'm loving them. I think I'm going to make some steamed buns with sweet red beans inside! They are a winter treat... although it's starting to get warmer. :)
Tea - Ah you should make some, they're really easy to veganize and just as tasty, if not tastier, than the non-vegan ones! :)Sunnie - I actually filled half of the dough with sweetened red bean paste as well. Those are great, aren't they? :)
