Sunday Eats

Vegan MoFo has been more stressful than I anticipated, so I'm going to take it easy on Sundays and post what I ate throughout the day. I snack a lot in the evenings, naturally I'll blog a little later than usual.


Daily Eats - November 7
Breakfast 
Chelsea waffle (Vegan Brunch), almond chestnut cocoa cream,
capuccino, banana, physalis and dragonfruit*


Lunch
Miso soup with yuba, spring onions, zucchini and butternut squash

Daily Eats - November 7
Snack #1
Swedish Glace Chocolate ice cream + cone + hazelnut brittle


Daily Eats - November 7
Dinner
Whole Wheat Toast with avocado, carrot, almond-herb dressing and bbq sauce


Daily Eats - November 7
Snack #2
Count Mochi (he's taro flavoured)!


*Don't worry if you've never had dragonfruit, you're not missing out on anything. The seeds are nice and crunchy (like figs), but the flesh is practically tasteless.
